Late 19th/early 20th century English solid mahogany card table with swivel top featuring four hinged triangular sections opening to reveal a baize-inset playing surface with dished-out chip holders, often referred to as an "envelope" table. Single drawer with original brass knobs, string and banded inlays, standing on brass casters. Considerable scuffing and wear to the top that would benefit from a refinish. Stands 28" in height and the top is 20" x 20" when closed and opens to a 28" x 28" playing surface.
