An absolutely massive pair of 16.5" sailmaker's shears manufactured by Henry T. Seymour of New York. This is the largest pair we've encountered. Note that they have a foot on the bottom of the handle. Because these shears are particularly unwieldly, they are designed to sit and slide on the top of a work table while cutting. Some surface oxidation but the shears are tight and function well. There is a brass tightness adjustment knob on the side.
