Wonderful late 19th/early 20th century carved bone okimono in the form of a parasol handle, depicting a snake stalking a frog. 4.5" in height and very well carved. The handle has its original threaded post on the bottom for inserting into the parasol's shaft, currently screwed into a small wooden stand so that it can be displayed as a piece of sculpture.
