A wonderful example of how an Inuit hunter adapts to the use of modern materials. The maker chose to keep the identical traditional form of the head, but did so using aluminum as the main material as opposed to bone or antler. The blade is a piece of steel. At 3.5" in total length and only .5" wide, this is a fairly small head compared to those most often used for sealing.
