A particularly good pair of early painted pine altar candlesticks of 3-sided form and standing on short curled feet. Late 18th or early 19th century. One side is painted white and gold and the other two sides are gray. The previous owner acquired these 50 years ago on a trip through Europe and are believed to be of Italian origin.
