Early career original signed photograph and letter from Charlie Chaplin. This letter was written on December 17th, 1917, to a Miss Beatrice Lewis of Montreal, Quebec. Chaplin's letter is hand-signed and was typed on a rare piece of stationery from Chaplin's short-lived music publishing company, which only existed for less than a year, making this quite an uncommon piece. The letter states that he is enclosing a photograph, which is hand-signed and also mounted together in a period frame using only picture corners (no glue). Overall framed size is 16" x 24". Guaranteed authentic.
