Seldom-seen mid-19th century full-body silhouette of an unidentified portly gent. Comprising a combination of gouache and lithograph and in its original lemon gilt frame. (Some minor losses to frame.) The figure looks to be painted and the ground appears to be a lithographic, perhaps a generic image printed for artists to paint portraits upon. Printing along the bottom of the litho includes "Sketched by T. Chadwell" and "Moody, Lithographer". Total framed size is 11" x 15.5".

Dimensions: 11" x 15.5"
