Mahogany 2-over-3 Chest of Drawers, Probably Halifax
A 2-over-3 drawer mahogany chest with turnip feet, carved columns and acanthus decoration, circa 1850. Very good condition. Due to the quantity of this particular style of chest turning up in Halifax over the years, it has been assumed that these chests may have in fact been manufactured in this city.
