A fantastic carved figure made from a single piece of wood, by William Curtis Langille of Onslow, Nova Scotia, and according to a piece of old masking tape on the underside the carving, it is in the likeness of Captain Burgess Forbes. A very well-done carving, particularly to the caricature-like countenance. Designed to be able to sit on the edge of a shelf.
