A wonderful and quite primitive hand-blown octagonal glass bottle with lots of character. A bit small for a liquor bottle, so likely a medicine or utility bottle of some sort. Nice visible stretch marks to the neck and a crudely-applied crooked lip. Loads of wear on the corners and bottom. The divot on the underside would've been a manufacturing flaw from a popped potstone. Circa 1780.
