A large 49" long pond boat hull from the family of Captain James Leander Publicover, a well-known south shore sea captain in the early 1900's. This hand-built racing sloop with hand-poured lead keel has been in the original family since the 1920's/30's era and was raced near the mouth of the LaHave River on the Dublin Shore. The original mast and boom are intact. Total height including mast is 65".
