A large early 1900's Nova Scotia pine country general store cabinet. This cabinet was from the Clark Mercantile Store in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia. The Clark family were early settlers in the Tatamagouche area and turned the old theatre into a general mercantile store around 1905-1910 where it operated for many years. This store counter was part of the collection of original fixtures sold to a Mrs. Ernst by Mr. George Clark when the store closed. 

This piece is an impressive 80" long and stands 38" high. It is 27" deep. There are a multitude of drawers, three cupboard sections, as well as two small pull-out work surfaces.
