Original 1845 pattern British Royal Navy cutlass by Robert Mole of Birmingham. Exceptional condition blade with iron guard and handle. Also includes its regulation leather scabbard, not commonly found as most navy cutlasses were stored unsheathed in racks aboard ships. Examples found with scabbards were intended for going ashore.
