A hinged portrait frame made with two large 1.5" Austro-Hungarian silver coins dating 1780, hinged together and each drilled out on one side to accommodate portraits. This would've been made so you could always carry portraits of loved ones in your pocket or purse when travelling. There are small applied silver ball feet on the bottom allowing it stand freely in the open position on your nightstand.
