Original unsigned but well-documented work by Collins Eisenhauer done for his daughter, Ferne. This was part of a series of paintings Collins painted for her at her request, two of which we had bought and sold about a year ago. At that time this particular painting had not come to light as the frame had fallen apart and it was no longer hung in the previous owner's home, and as a consequence been stowed away and forgotten in a drawer. Fortunately, the all-important back of the frame was kept, which contains the hand-written note penned by Eisenhauer's daughter in 2003. The work is on paper and measures 9"x12". It is floating within a modern frame.
