A small 7" x 7" folk art carved indigenous chief's head with real feather war bonnet featuring intricate beadwork decoration. Carved from a single 1" thick piece of pine with an inset in the back so it can be hung on the wall. Artist's name "J.F. Martin" carved in the backside along with the date 1938.
