An outstanding 19th century Victorian woolie for the Warwick Regiment, showing the regiment's colours and battle honours. What makes this piece particularly appealing to Canadian collectors is the "Niagara" battle honour stitched into the flag. It is not often we find a woolie with a distinct Canadian connection. As well, this regiment also spent time in Nova Scotia. This is a good-sized piece at 16" x 22" not including the frame.
